The Watertank Cafe received numerous positive reviews from customers. They praised the knowledgeable and personable guides, Mahesh in particular, for making their tours enjoyable and informative. The tours were not rushed, allowing ample time at each stop. Customers appreciated the recommendations for other things to do in Alice Springs. The atmosphere of the cafe was great, with friendly staff and excellent coffee. Some customers found the food to be underwhelming compared to the price point, but enjoyed the unique setting and quirky ambiance.
