DUNNS' STRATA is a family business comprising of Alastair, Colleen, Matthew and Tamara Dunn and combines in excess of 50 years experience in Strata Management, Strata Consultancy and Strata Searching. Apart from operating a successful Strata Management business on the North Shore (Max Dunn & Associates), managing residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed use schemes and operating a Strata Searching business, both for some 20 years, Alastair Dunn was a member of the Board of the Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM) for 6 years, was Vice President for two years and President for three years. During that time he served on several ISTM Sub Committees, and was a member of the Property Services Advisory Council - Minister for Fair Trading, the Property Industry Council of NSW, the Property Professionals Forum of NSW and the Strata Schemes Management Act Review Committee. He has also lectured on Strata Management in a variety of subjects at TAFE and with the ISTM and has attended as a Guest Speaker on Strata Management at various functions. Matthew, the third generations of Dunns' in Strata Management, has managed a wide cross section of strata and community schemes including many large complexes. DUNNS' STRATA provides a unique service to the strata community by utilising the years of experience of the partners to provide a new exciting Strata Management business together with the provision of a Strata Consultancy service.
