CAUTION - “BLIND MAN DRIVING”!! This is what you have probably seen, read or heard about on the back of our van which has become local legend on the Northern Rivers since 1984. This now famous catchphrase was originally used on Owner Operator Lee Simons fathers Kingswood Ute in Bathurst, NSW back in 1972, when Lee’s father Ron opened Bathurst Blinds & Awnings. After relocating to Casino in 1984, Lee has continued the famous family tradition since taking over the family business in 1988. In 2001 local lad, John Collis, officially became a “Blind Man”... & is now solely responsible for the manufacture of RRB’s Vertical Blinds & Roller Blind systems. In 2014 Richmond River Blinds celebrates 30 years in business, Lee has been at the helm for 26 of them & the main workshop/office remains based in their humble premises in Casino. At Richmond River Blinds the person you initially speak to on the phone is the same person that measures, makes, and installs your product. With attention to detail we strive to excel in personalised, personable & informative service.
