While the southern states are still known for their coffee, we believe that Brisbane is fast catching up and are happy to contribute to this success. Under the guidance of a master roaster from Monza, Italy, Chiasso has developed its own distinct blends of coffee, using only the finest beans from around the world. We only source A-grade or higher quality beans for our blends and look for both Organic and Fairtrade certification where possible. The Chiasso roastery is open to the public and has a range of single-origin coffees and accessories that will appeal to the home barista. The variety of coffee available can be overwhelming for those that want a good coffee for home - we encourage you to sample a couple of different origins and if you are visiting the display shop we can make them for you to help you decide.
