Client Bookings .. We recommend you book ahead for all treatments. We also suggest that you leave all valuables and jewellery at home. To ensure all our guests enjoy a tranquil experience we request that noise be kept to minimum and mobile phones be turned to silent. .. Cancellations .. Cancellations impact on us significantly; therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. When you reserve a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment time and service length, we are also turning away other clients who would like your appointment time, consequently denying the spa any other revenue. Due to this, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to give adequate notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in either your gift voucher being fully redeemed or a cancellation fee incurred.
