Mountain View Aged Care Centre is highly praised for its exceptional management and staff. Suman Devkota, Sujana Bastakoti Regmi, and Nilu Lama are commended for their assistance, dedication, and support during the admission process. The professionalism and efficiency of the management are appreciated, as is their thoroughness in answering questions. Residents are described as being well-cared for by the caring and patient staff, with particular mention of the round-the-clock care provided by Gina and the RN staff. The centre is kept in great shape by Darren, the maintenance manager, and features beautiful gardens and a good activities program. The meals are great and the dining room is lovely. The residents are described as lovely and the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable.
