Chef Jerome is a Sunshine Coast based private chef with over 20 years experience. After graduating culinary school in 2006, he started to work in fine dining restaurants included La Chèvre d’Or (2 Michelin Stars) with Ronan Kervarrec and Fabrice Vulin, and served as sous chef to Axel Wagner at Le Château Eza (1 Michelin Star) in France. In 2020 he joined Chef Charley Bouhier at Tamarin Restaurant in Saint-Barthélemy, before expanding his craft in New Zealand and settling in Australia. His French and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine combines global technique with local produce, offering private dining, small event catering, and bespoke menus crafted with care, flavour, and precision.
