Kerrith has been the principal of Pine Rivers Physio & Sportscare since 1998 after being employed by the previous owner in 1997. Kerrith graduated from the University of Queensland as a physiotherapist in 1990, completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2001, and has been granted the title of “APA Sports Physiotherapist”. Kerrith has undertaken research on the treatment of shoulder impingement and the epidemiology of injuries in AFL (unpublished) and presented her own research “A Single Case Study of the Treatment of Shoulder Impingement” at the Qld Sports Medicine Association 2001 conference. Particular interests include the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries, post op rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery, work and sports specific rehabilitation programs and correcting biomechanical faults in running and shoulder activities.
