ROBERT SAUNDERS IS SHAMELESSLY CORRUPT. In a Mediation Hearing, Robert Saunders was complicit with the corrupt mediator, in defrauding me of any opportunity to make any claim. Prior to the Hearing, Saunders refused to cooperate in any way in the preparation and sharing of information through the Rules of Discovery. After multiple requests, he refused to provide the requested documentation, seriously jeopardising my opportunity to make a proper claim, which amounted to almost $70,000. At the hearing, he conspired with the Mediator in the conduct of the whole Hearing. Without compunction, the Mediator deliberately and comprehensively violated every Protocol and Directive of the Mediation Unit of the CAA with impunity—and Saunders knew this and refused to protest it in any way, but rather he cooperated with the Mediator. Not once did he have the honour to protest the Mediator’s refusal to conduct the hearing as was directed by the Mediation Unit. The Mediator—in Saunder’s presence: 1. prohibited me from addressing anything to the Hearing. I WAS NOT HEARD. 2. prohibited me from presenting any case—indeed anything at all. 3. he thus prohibited me from substantiating any case. 4. prohibited me from making or defending any claim. 5. prohibited me from addressing the Respondent at any time. For most of the time, the Mediator cloistered the Respondent and his equally corrupt solicitor—Robert Saunders—in an adjoining room to prevent any interaction. Saunders, not the Respondent, was addressed by the Mediator, and I never had the opportunity to once speak. Saunders knew that this was a violation of the protocols, but went along with it in a practiced attack on justice and integrity. Saunders acted with arrogant indifference to my claims. Saunders, knowing that my claim against his client, was almost $70,000, conspired with the Mediator, as together they (not me or the Respondent)) suggested that a minor washer replacement for my car motor, of $200, was a good starting point, before I had even said a thing. Never mind the almost $20,000 for other repairs, or the many other costs. This $200 became the insulting benchmark to defraud me of any claim, and of any justice. ROBERT SAUNDERS could not be more corrupt.
