Wide Bay Getaway is a Glamping Bush Camp/Caravan Park located only 10 minutes from Maryborough's CBD. With 161 acres to explore, our property has something for all guests! A little bit about us: Steve 'Macca' & Nickey have been living in the Fraser Coast and surrounds for just over 20 years. They finally made the move to Maryborough in 2018 falling for the laid back charm the area had. One weekend while Macca was on one of his many 'drives', he discovered 506 Bidwill Road. Literally a chuck of land with trees everywhere, Nickey and their two daughters thought he'd actually lost his mind when he said he was going to create a Bush Camp. Before anyone could say anything, he had his plans in motion! WBG started turning into reality.
