George Rzpecki and Mal Pearson are the current shareholders and managing directors of AB Tilbury. Previously, both played integral roles in helping build and sustain the company under Brian Tilbury, until his departure from the company in July 2006. Since then, they have continued on with their good work and added some new dimensions in the day to day operations and running of the company. George Rzepecki has been with the company over 40 years and has numerous roles, predominantly as the company’s most senior estimator. This role requires him to review estimates and contracts, prepare budgets and negotiate projects with clients. Another important role is the overall management of large projects. Mal Pearson has been with the company over 35 years and also fills various roles. Mal too, is a senior estimator and fulfils the responsibilities that go with the role. Other roles include managing large projects and Company Secretary. Both directors George Rzepecki and Mal Pearson are excited about the future ahead.
