All measurements stated by SteelChief are nominal (or approximate) and may vary slightly from shed to shed. SteelChief sheds are waterproof, not watertight. For improved water resistance we recommend a rebated concrete or wooden floor option. See rebated floor options in the brochure or on the installation page. See Site Preparation notes under Installation. We only offer factory direct installation services in Metro Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and now Adelaide. Otherwise our offer is on a delivered to your distributor basis. The painted steel also has a protective zinc based coating under the paint system. Hence scratches and dents usually will not pose any weather or corrosion resistance threat. It is not necessary to touch up the paint finish unless for aesthetic purposes. SteelChief makes every effort to deliver the panels with minimal marks, dents or scratches. SteelChief does not guarantee delivery times for goods or services. Under no circumstances will SteelChief be responsible for any consequential costs or losses due to the sales of its products. Any shortage of delivery or mistake of build or damage will be corrected by SteelChief at the earliest practical date.
