With the integration of Smart Phone and In Car technology we are starting to see a lot of clever applications for Emergency Assistance.
For instance with the Ford Kuga did you know that if you’re in an accident where airbags deploy or the fuel-pump shuts off, the Emergency Assistance feature once activated, uses your paired phone, which must be within mobile reception range, to call an emergency operator.
N.B. Emergency Assistance is off by default, so you must change your settings to turn it on. Also, make sure your paired phone is connected.

Whilst not as sophisticated as the Emergency Assistance feature offered by the Ford Kuga, another way of accessing Emergency Phone Numbers is via the Auto Advisor Mobile App.
