CLASSES begin with a warm up and BARRE exercises. Legs are turned out from the hip socket. This allows for greater flixibility, range of movement and for a beautiful and long line of the body. Barre exercises are followed by CENTRE WORK. Many of the exercises performed at the Barre are extended during centre work. New exercises are also introduced - including pirouettes. The final selection of the class is ALLEGRO - jumping steps and sequences.
